Q. I returned my laptop and it is still on my account, why is this?


It may be in the locker, but you may have forgotten to plug the power lead into the laptop or not closed the door properly.

Please go to the laptop kiosk, try returning the laptop again, and double check that the power lead is in.

If the laptop is on your account, the power lead is plugged in and the door is fully closed, please get in touch with the help desk.
