Colchester: There are study spaces in the library. On the ground floor in the Postgraduate Study Room and the Library Reading Room. Floors 1- 5 have desks and seating, accessible computers and power points which can be used to charge personal devices. There is also a Group Study room on the north side of floors 2 - 5.

Keep an eye out for our Study Zones. There are Silent, Individual Quiet Study and Group Study Zones.

Southend: The library has a number of study spaces. There is a Reading Space on the 2nd Floor of The Forum at the South end, specifically for quiet study.

Loughton: Our library is a quiet study zone and is equipped with desks and seating, accessible computers and power points which can be used to charge personal devices. There is also a dedicated Post Graduate Room on the first floor of Hatfield House.
