Loughton:  Yes, we have control over the air-conditioning and heating units in the library. Please speak to our staff at the helpdesk for assistance.

Southend: If you have issues with the temperature in The Learning Hub, please let a member of staff at the Info Point know or email: libline@essex.ac.uk. Unfortunately we do not have control over the heating in the Learning Hub so will not be able to adjust the temperature immediately, but we can notify estates and ask them to act on your feedback.
