Q. The need to keep on top of book returns and not have them pile up on trolleys. Appreciate limited staff at the minute - but the students deserve to be able to find the books they need. They shouldn't be looking for needles in haystacks!

Thanks for your feedback. We do experience peaks in the number of books being returned, with the start of the Spring term being a particularly busy time for us. Unfortunately, this year, this also coincided with a large amount of staff off ill. 

We do make every effort to get the books back on the shelves as quickly as we can. 

If for any reason you cannot locate a book, please speak to staff at the Helpdesk who are happy to assist.
