Q. I've gone to the e-resource directly, how do I access the content I want?

The best way to access e-resources is through the library search.

If you go directly to the resource you'll need to look for an 'institutional' or 'academic' login link. Here, you will be asked to enter your full university account details (username and password). Please note that we don't use Athens.

You may find the Introduction to e-resources video a helpful guide.

Alternatively, you can use the Lean Library plugin in your internet browser, which when searching outside of the library search e.g. Google Scholar,  will tell you if the material you want to access is available via the library. For more information please see our Lean Library Blog.
