Academic Liaison Librarians (previously known as Subject Librarians) are available from the University of Essex Library and are on hand to guide you through the different databases and resources that are relevant to your programme of study. There are specific Librarians for all departments at the University of Essex Online. 

You can arrange a one to one meeting with a librarian by using the Book a Librarian service. They can help with getting started with research, help finding the resources you need and in depth demonstrations of using library databases.

Meetings can be either in person or online.
