Laptops can be borrowed for either 3 or 6 hours at a time. When you take out a laptop, please check the time it is due back. This is displayed on the screen of the laptop loan machine and will be sent to your student/staff email address.

If the laptop is returned after this time, there will be a fine of £1 an hour until it is returned.

When returning a laptop, please ensure that you plug in both cables.

The red light next to the locker illuminating will indicate that the laptop has been returned properly. You will also need to close the door of the locker firmly.

If the laptop is not plugged in, and/or the door is not closed, the laptop machine will not recognise that it has been returned.
