Q. I returned my laptop, but it is still showing on my account, why is this?


You may have placed the laptop in the locker but forgotten to plug in the charging cable or close the door properly.

Please go back to the laptop kiosk, press return and tap your student/staff card on the reader. This will open the locker door again.

Check that the charging cable is plugged in and the red light next to the locker has illuminated and then close the door firmly.
