I returned my laptop, but it is still showing on my account, why is this?
Answer
You may have placed the laptop in the locker but forgotten to plug in the charging cable or close the door properly.
Please go back to the laptop kiosk, tap your student/staff card on the reader and press return. This will open the locker door again.
Plug both of the cables in to the laptop.
The red light next to the locker will illuminate indicating that the laptop has been returned properly.
You will also need to close the door of the locker firmly.
