Where are the printers and scanners?

Answer

Colchester: There are 5 printers on the ground floor, 2 opposite the quick access PCs, 2 in the corridor opposite the Library Learning Room and 1 in the Postgraduate Study Room.

Floor 1 has 1 printer in the Student Collection

Floor 2 has 1 printer to the right of the entrance to the South Wing and 1 printer to the left of the entrance to the North Wing

Floors 3,4 & 5 have 1 printer each, to the left of the entrance to the North Wing

All printers at Colchester can print, scan and copy. All printing, copying and scanning is free of charge for students and staff but there are usage limits. See IT Printing pages for more information.

Southend: There are 3 printers and scanners on the 2nd floor of The Forum. 2 can be found at the north end of the building in the Open Study Space. 1 can be found by the height adjustable desks to your left as you enter the Info Point. These are free for students to use. The printers and scanners on the 1st floor of The Forum belong to the Public Library and you pay for this service.

Loughton: There are 2 scanner/printers in the library. There is also a printer in Roding House and two in Hatfields House (on the ground floor and on the 1st floor in the Admin Office).
