When your item is ready for collection you will receive an email. 

Colchester: Reserved books can be found on the bookshelves marked "Books to Collect" opposite the Helpdesk on the ground floor. You will still need to check the book out on the self-service machines.

If you cannot find your reserved book please ask staff at the Helpdesk.

Southend: Please check the "Reservations Shelf" on the ground floor of The Forum, it is located behind the Modern Fiction.

Loughton: Reserved books can be collected from the holds shelf which is to the left of the library entrance (next to the printer).
