Where are the lifts?

Answer

Colchester: There are 2 accessible lifts in the library. The main lift is behind the paternoster, the entrance can be found to the right next to the central stairs just inside the corridor between the foyer and the Library Reading Room. This lift serves all floors of the library.
There is another lift in the north side of the library serving floors 2 -5, this can be accessed by a door half way down on the left hand side of each floor.

Our paternoster lift is also available. For more information about this lift see the link below.

Southend: There are 2 lifts in the main section of The Forum. There is also one lift in the north entrance and one in the south entrance.

Loughton: There is one lift which goes from the SU Cafe on the ground floor to the library on the first floor. It can be accessed from the hall area just outside the SU Cafe near the steps that lead to the first floor, or from the  landing just outside.
