Q. I can't access an e-resource, is there a problem with my browser?


Many issues with access are caused by your cache and cookies in your browser e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

The easiest way to test this is by using an alternate internet browser.

If you can access the e-resource ok in the new browser, you may need to empty your usual browsers' cache and cookies. Follow the links below for guides to clearing cookies and your cache.

If problems persist contact the IT&S Helpdesk for help (or go to the Info Point at Southend or Library desk at Loughton).
