Q. I'm having an issue with connecting to an e-resource, is there an issue with my login?
Possibly, one way to check your login is by using Moodle or your Essex email, if you are unable to login to either of these then this is a login issue and you should contact the IT Helpdesk. If you can login in to Moodle or your emails then it may be an issue with the e-resource itself. In this case check the library website to make sure the library subscribes to the specific year/edition of the resource that you are trying to access.
