Possibly, one way to check your login is by using Moodle or your Essex email, if you are unable to login to either of these then this is a login issue and you should contact the IT Helpdesk.

If you can login in to Moodle or your emails then it may be an issue with the e-resource itself. In this case check the library website to make sure the library subscribes to the specific year/edition of the resource that you are trying to access.
