Colchester:

Staff and Students can pay fines and charges online using the Webshop. You will need to login using your username and password and enter the amount you wish to pay. Online payments will take up to 24 hours to be cleared from your library account.

Southend: Please pay fines to the staff at the Reception Desk on the Ground Floor of The Forum.

If you have an Overdue laptop loan fine, please pay this using the Webshop method as described above
 

Loughton: Fines can be paid online using the Webshop method as described above.
