Colchester:

Staff and Students can pay fines and charges online using the Webshop. You will need to login using your username and password and enter the amount you wish to pay. Online payments will take up to 24 hours to be cleared from your library account.

Southend: Please inform us of the lost book by visiting the Info Point on the 2nd floor of the Forum during staffed hours or by emailing libline@essex.ac.uk. Once we have been informed, fines will be added to your University of Essex Library account (this is different from your council account) and you will be able to pay using the Webshop. You will need to login using your username and password and enter the amount you wish to pay. Online payments will take up to 24 hours to be cleared from your library account. Please inform us once payment is made so we can ensure fines are cleared from your account. 

If you have an Overdue laptop loan fine, please pay this using the Webshop method as described above
 

Loughton: Fines can be paid online using the Webshop method as described above.
