A reference list includes everything you cited in your essay or piece of work.

A Bibliography includes everything you have cited plus any wider reading or research you have done on the subject, regardless of whether you have directly referred to it in your work.

You should check your module Moodle pages to see whether you are expected to produce a Reference List or a Bibliography for your work.
