How do I find and save my items in the library search?
To access your saved item in the library search, you will need to go to the search and log into your account.
You can then see which items you have saved by clicking on the Folder icon in the top right hand corner.
When you click onto this page, it will show all of the items you've save.
The column on the shows the different types of items you have save.
The centre panel shows the items themselves.
The column on the right shows the different ways you can save this data.
Keeping your saved items
To save your items, select which ones you want to keep from the central panel.
One done, select one of the 4 options on the right side. Your options are:
Print - This option allows you to print a physical copy or a PDF version of your list.
E-mail - This option allows you to send the list as an e-mail file.
Save - This option allows you to save your list in an HTML file format
Export - This options allows you to pick a file format and download it directly to your device
Each option also comes with a range of settings to format your list for ease of use. There are no right or wrong options, so explore what will work best for you.
