As an external user, how do I access my account?
Answer
With the change of library search, you may no longer be able to log into your account and access e-resources.
To fix this log into your account, you select External from the My Account drop down menu on the main library page, or click Sign In within the library search.
From here, select Other Users and fill in your login details.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click Need help signing in? From here, select the Reset your password option and follow the instructions from there.
If this is your first time using the library search, please contact IT Services about resetting your password.
