If you can’t sign in to the Kortext app with your account details, try resetting your password by selecting the Forget password? option and following the steps indicated. Once you’ve reset your password, you should be able to sign in again. Contact the library at libline@essex.ac.uk if you’ve reset your password and you still aren’t able to sign in.
