No, you should not upload scans of copyrighted resources onto Moodle, including articles or book chapters.
 
It is important to request digitisations through your reading list rather than making your own copies and uploading these to Moodle. This is to ensure that there is no infringement of copyright law or our e-resource licences. We also use software that creates accessible scans, meaning they can be used by students with different accessibility needs (such as those using a screen reader, for example).
