Please can you consider a floor or space where students are not allowed to listen to music on their headphones. All I could hear this morning was another students music from the other side of the room.

Many students like to study in different ways and as a library service we try and support this, however we appreciate noise can be a challenge. We have spoken to the Students Union to work with them on creating a library 'etiquette' for which this could be a part of.
We also have roving staff and a Noise Line which you can text during library opening hours (07557 290 664) to report noise and our staff will attend and action as appropriate.
We ask that users of the library are considerate of the environment they are in and of others using the space, taking responsibility for adhering to the zone requirements.
